It’s okay to begin again…and today’s a good day for that! New moons are better energy waves for new dreams and desires. I got the following tips from Kate Northrup from her DO LESSS teachings. I know we ALL are overwhelmed with emails, you may not have gotten to my last email. I included it at the end so you have all the things in one place for your May Magical Manifestation.

This potent New [Super] Moon in Taurus (May 7th 8:24 p.m. PT / 11:24 p.m. ET) is inviting us to reimagine and recommit to people and opportunities we may have let fall by the wayside of life’s busy-ness. And, yes, recommitting to a relationship that may involve another person or place your life on center stage can feel vulnerable, but it’ll be worth it.

This first new moon of spring comes bearing potent manifestation energy with it that will impact your future in a big way…if you commit. So what dream have you let fall away? What networking opportunity did you forget to nurture? Where the last new moon brought reminders of desires you had long forgotten, this new moon in Taurus is asking you to claim them with full confidence and fully commit–even with the fear of losing them lingering in the back of your mind.

You can trust yourself and those ideas and nudges that won’t leave you alone.

And yet, if the idea of moving forward and committing again or for the first time to these dreams or relationships feels overwhelming, know that the planetary support for this new moon will help you to see your impending expansion with new, fresh, and optimistic eyes. So lean into the planetary and divine support that’s around you.

I love to get it out of my head and on paper or record it in my voice memo. Our minds are a mental mess! We have to get it organized. This is a "Make it Happen" workbook from Mel Robbins that really helped me. I still haven't completed it and I review it weekly. It has helped me tune my RAS to have tools and solutions FLOW to me.

​New Moon Ritual to Embrace:

1. Take a bath that makes you feel like royalty. This might include milk, oils, some flower petals, your favorite bubbles…live it up and soak it all in. I recently did this 2 cups of milk, 1 cup of honey, 1 cup of salt, 1/4 cup baking soda. Mix it all in a bowl and then under the running water. Add whatever essential oil you are called to. Sprinkle in rose petal or any flower you'd like.
2. Light a candle and put on some music that helps you feel connected to yourself
3. Create an affirmation from the intentions you wrote and place it on a sticky note where you’ll see it daily until the next full moon cycle
4. Say a prayer or sing that the seeds be planted for the highest good of all
