​This Full Moon in Scorpio is calling us to recognize how powerful we are in transmuting the emotions we experience during this time. This full moon in a water sign is also a reminder that you might just be the healer you’ve been needing to support some deep wounds in your heart space. Let yourself go DEEP but PLAY. Scorpio is ruled by Pluto, which is about both destruction AND transformation. This may seem dichotomous, but they work hand in hand. Are there areas of your life where you've been holding on unnecessarily–-trying to control the outcome on your own? Perhaps it’s time to completely burn down what’s irreparably broken. While it may be tempting to hold on to the “what ifs” consider how being in limbo has made you feel? Do you have space for real joy and optimism in the in betweens of your own doing, or are they the wall that’s keeping you from feeling completely well?

Play some music that you love while you do these rituals. Everything is a ritual! Your life is as rich as your rituals.

Journaling Prompts ~ Take 3-11 minutes to answer these questions in a journal or on voice recorder.

Release it in a Water Ritual like this bowl or a BATH with 3 cups Epsom Salt and 1/4 C Baking Soda. Add flower petals and essential oils if you so wish. I love Ylang Ylang with Lavender and Bergamot.
