✨ Wowsers last week was extreme highs and lows for me. This week I'm integrating and a little exhausted...How about you?

I had many face reading sessions and 2 BIG events with a face reading party and a bliss activation. In all the sessions, I CRIED TOO! When one person heals, it heals for the collective. As I heal them, I heal 2X. I am so thankful for all the vulnerability as it made us stronger.

There was SO much about letting go...which is very in tune with fall and the metal season. This isn't always comfortable. If we can transform it to RESET, RECONNECT, RENEW AND RECIEVE, it will be beautifully aligned.

In all of my sessions I gave the energy prescription of EFT tapping and the ho'noponono because it all involved the theme of relationships and forgiveness. Many have heard about it, but they got out of the practice. When I actually did it with them, it moved so many tears and layers of resentment, guilt, overwhelm, worry, and SHAME.

I told all the participants, there are no BAD EMOTIONS, only STUCK emotions. I consulted them where it showed on their face and gave them energy prescriptions for this season.

I did a pro bono workshop for the women's corrections center. It had about 30 women, some in there for life. We brough the light, beauty and hope back with the addition of the BLISS activation I've been doing seasonally. I'll be sharing this soon for us.

We are now in Libra season, which is all about RELATIONSHIPS and balance. This is an imperative time to nourish the relationship with YOURSELF!

With it being in the supermoons and solar eclipse, some relationships will come to a pause or end. It's not in alignment with what you want now and making room for new relationships...if we have to part ways because of my quirks, I hope you find your humor.

I hope you also tend to you health and love your body. Health is the greatest wealth. Part of that is accepting where you are now and not comparing. Also plan in where you may be taken down for health reasons. It's an opportunity for you to rest and take care of yourself.
